Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days using the most suitable courier based on destination and package type, exclusively through tracked and secure shipments.

Once the package is handed to the courier, a tracking code will be sent via email so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

For orders destined to Italy and Europe, free shipping is available on orders over €150. Areas included in zones 1 and 2 can be found in the dedicated Shipping Rates section.

After Shipping

We always ensure that your order departs safely and on time, but once handed to the courier we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as:

- delays due to customs checks or external causes,
- failed package pickup,
- lost or stolen items,
- storage not under our management,
- damage sustained during shipment not attributable to our management.

Should an order be returned to us for failed delivery or failed pickup, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount, deducting shipping costs and any storage fees applied by the courier.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For shipments destined to countries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes set by local authorities may be applied. Any such costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
